Cooking a meal for 4.Hearty, rich & warming – ready in 10–15 min.

  1. Pour the Easy Meal into a pot.
  2. Add:
    • 500 ml water
    • 100 ml cream
    • 1 can chopped tomatoes (425 g)
    • 500 g grated vegetables of your choice
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes. while stirring.
  4. Season with salt and serve.

TIP: Add mushrooms and fresh thyme for extra depth.
Serving suggestion: With mashed potatoes, polenta or rice.

The Goulash Kit is inspired by the rich, paprika-forward stews of Central Europe. With sunflower protein for bite and depth, it’s warming, hearty and deeply satisfying.

How it works:

Each kit delivers the same fullness as 300–400 g of meat and serves 4 people. Add chopped tomatoes, water, cream (optional), and fresh vegetables – and in just 10 minutes, you’ll have a rustic goulash-style meal.

Vitamin B12


Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin)

Added as organic B12 extract from shiitake mushrooms (Lentinula edodes) using the ingredient Orgavitaz B12.
B12 is included to support normal red blood cell formation, proper function of the nervous system, and normal immune function. The vitamin is added at a level that ensures one kit (20 g spice blend) provides the recommended daily intake for 3 adults (7.5 µg per kit = 300% RI). The B12 source is certified organic, vegan, non-GMO, and free from additives.

Declared values:

  • 37.5 µg vitamin B12 per 100 g
  • 7.5 µg per 20 g kit

Reference intake (RI) for vitamin B12 is 2.5 µg per day according to EU Regulation 1169/2011.

Food is the single biggest driver of CO₂ emissions worldwide. That reality has always pushed me to ask: how can we cook in ways that bring joy, but also responsibility?

Uhhmami Easy Meals are my answer. They are created to make sustainable eating quick and truly simple – without ever compromising on flavour. Each kit is compact, but when cooked it delivers the satisfaction of a full meal, equal to 300–400 g of meat, made only from clean, organic plants.

The concept is flexible by design. You add the vegetables you already have at home, reduce food waste, and shape the meal to your own taste. One kit, many possibilities – from pasta and lasagna to bowls, soups, casseroles and street food.

For me, this is not just about cooking. It’s about accelerating the green transition and showing that better choices can be both easy and delicious. Because every meal is an opportunity – for us, and for the planet.
