Uhhmami was founded by Michelin-star chef Frank Lantz with a bold mission: to rethink flavour from the ground up and make it easier for everyone to take part in the food transformation that’s already underway. With roots in fine dining and a passion for sustainability, Uhhmami reimagines the building blocks of taste — using only clean, organic ingredients with no additives, no E-numbers, and none of the top 14 allergens.
We believe that better food should be better for everyone — which is why our products are carefully crafted to be safe, inclusive, and accessible, without compromising on flavour. Even our packaging is thoughtfully designed with sustainability in mind.

Using his culinary expertise, Frank deconstructed the essence of some of his most iconic dishes and rebuilt them using modern, plant-based ingredients. The result is a new kind of flavour tool: clean-label bouillons and bold seasonings that bring depth, umami and restaurant-quality flavour to any kitchen — with ease and a clear conscience.

Bouillons — The Base of It All
Our bouillons are designed to replace traditional stock, delivering deep, layered flavour with just a spoonful. Whether you’re making soups, sauces, grains or braises, they give you a head start — no chopping, no simmering for hours. Just clean, organic flavour made from real vegetables and natural fermentation. Use 20 g per liter of water, and taste the difference.
Taste Boosters — Add Umami, Anywhere
Our seasoning range builds on the bouillons — but goes further. These are concentrated, ready-to-use blends that add intensity, character and complexity to your cooking. Think of them as your flavour shortcut: a sprinkle of Chee’Ish in a risotto, a touch of Bacon’Ish in a stew, or a dash of Truffle’Ish over roasted vegetables. Just 1–2% of your dish’s total weight is enough to transform the flavour completely.
