INGREDIENTS

(1 tbsp ≈ 15 g)

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat.

Sauté the chickpeas and onion for about 2 minutes.

Add garlic and thyme and cook briefly.

Add the carrots and spring onion and stir well.

(1 tbsp ≈ 15 g)

Stir in the Chicken’ish and water. Let it simmer uncovered for 4 minutes until the sauce comes together and the vegetables are tender.

Add cherry tomatoes.

Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
