The Bolo Kit is our tribute to the Italian classic. A rich, umami-packed blend with organic sunflower protein that brings both bite and depth. The flavour combines tomato, basil, carrot and paprika – everything you expect from a satisfying bolognese-style dish.

How it works:
Each kit delivers the same bite and satisfaction as cooking with 300–400 g of meat – without the meat. Simply add a can of chopped tomatoes, water, and your favourite vegetables. In just 10 minutes, you’ll have a hearty, Italian-inspired meal for 4.

Nutri-Score explained:
On its own, the dry kit has a Nutri-Score of E – simply because it is concentrated and rich in flavour.
But when you prepare it as directed, with fresh vegetables and tomatoes, you end up with a Nutri-Score A meal: wholesome, balanced, and packed with protein and fibre.
Vitamin B12 – naturally added:
Every kit is fortified with vitamin B12 from organic shiitake mushrooms. B12 is essential for energy, the nervous system and immune function – but it is normally only found in animal-based foods. That’s why we’ve added it naturally, so you get the same nutritional benefits in a fully plant-based way.

“For me, this kit is all about rethinking the Italian classic – full of depth, but lighter for the planet.”
Food is the single biggest driver of CO₂ emissions worldwide. That reality has always pushed me to ask: how can we cook in ways that bring joy, but also responsibility?
Uhhmami Easy Meals are my answer. They are created to make sustainable eating quick and truly simple – without ever compromising on flavour. Each kit is compact, but when cooked it delivers the satisfaction of a full meal, equal to 300–400 g of meat, made only from clean, organic plants.
The concept is flexible by design. You add the vegetables you already have at home, reduce food waste, and shape the meal to your own taste. One kit, many possibilities – from pasta and lasagna to bowls, soups, casseroles and street food.
For me, this is not just about cooking. It’s about accelerating the green transition and showing that better choices can be both easy and delicious. Because every meal is an opportunity – for us, and for the planet.

Vitamin B12
Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin)
Added as organic B12 extract from shiitake mushrooms (Lentinula edodes) using the ingredient Orgavitaz B12.
B12 is included to support normal red blood cell formation, proper function of the nervous system, and normal immune function. The vitamin is added at a level that ensures one kit (20 g spice blend) provides the recommended daily intake for 3 adults (7.5 µg per kit = 300% RI). The B12 source is certified organic, vegan, non-GMO, and free from additives.
Declared values:
- 37.5 µg vitamin B12 per 100 g
- 7.5 µg per 20 g kit
Reference intake (RI) for vitamin B12 is 2.5 µg per day according to EU Regulation 1169/2011.
