  1. Cook the pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve a little of the cooking water.
  2. Sauté the onions: Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic over medium heat until soft and golden.
  3. Glaze with Uhhmami: Add a spoonful of pasta water and the Uhhmami Vegetables to the pan. Let it reduce slightly and form a light glaze.
  4. Combine: Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss gently until coated.
