Food is the single biggest driver of CO₂ emissions worldwide. That reality has always pushed me to ask: how can we cook in ways that bring joy, but also responsibility?
Uhhmami Easy Meals are my answer. They are created to make sustainable eating quick and truly simple – without ever compromising on flavour. Each kit is compact, but when cooked it delivers the satisfaction of a full meal, equal to 300–400 g of meat, made only from clean, organic plants.
The concept is flexible by design. You add the vegetables you already have at home, reduce food waste, and shape the meal to your own taste. One kit, many possibilities – from pasta and lasagna to bowls, soups, casseroles and street food.
For me, this is not just about cooking. It’s about accelerating the green transition and showing that better choices can be both easy and delicious. Because every meal is an opportunity – for us, and for the planet.
