INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Halve the eggplants and scoop out the flesh. Chop the flesh.
  2. Cook the Bolo Kit with tomatoes, water, and vegetables (including eggplant flesh).
  3. Fill the eggplant halves and bake at 200°C for 20 min.

QUICK TIP:

Top with fresh herbs and a sprinkle of Chee’ish.
