Hummus is a kitchen essential – whether you’re serving it as a dip, a sandwich spread, or under grilled vegetables, it’s a plant-based favorite with serious depth.

INSTRUCTIONS

Add chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, and Uhhmami Vegetables to a food processor or kitchen blender.

Pour in sunflower oil and half the chickpea liquid. Blend until smooth.

Adjust the texture with the rest of the liquid – the hummus should be soft but hold its shape.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve in a bowl, top with olive oil and chopped parsley.

FLAVOUR VARIATIONS – FINISH WITH UHHMAMI FLAVOURS

You only need 1–2% of total weight – around 4–8 g per 400 g hummus.
