Cook the cauliflower in the water with the Chicken’ish

Puree the cauliflower (7 minutes)

Garnish the soup with fresh peas, drizzle of olive oil and Truffle’ish.

The crispy cauliflower nuggets:

Mix the tempura flour with sparkling water, salt and Uhhmami Blue Cheese’ish and whisk until smooth.

Mix in the cauliflower florets and coat them in panko breadcrumbs.

Place on a baking tray with baking paper and bake for 12 minutes at 215°C

Serve together with the soup.
