Er zijn al verschillende smaakversterkers en bouillons op de markt, dus het producttype is bekend, maar qua kwaliteit en smaak is Uhhmami een klasse apart. Verschillende grote buitenlandse ketens waren eerst wat sceptisch, maar toen ze de producten eenmaal proefden, waren ze omver.
