Programmaoverzicht<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Met het Uhhmami Ambassadeursprogramma kunnen goedgekeurde partners commissie verdienen voor in aanmerking komende verkopen door klanten door te verwijzen naar <a>uhhmami.com<\/a>. Ambassadeurs ontvangen een unieke doorverwijslink en\/of couponcode om te delen met hun publiek. Wanneer iemand een aankoop doet via die link of code, verdient de ambassadeur een commissie op het nettoverkoopbedrag (exclusief belastingen en verzendkosten).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Subsidiabiliteit en goedkeuring<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deelname is onderhevig aan <strong>handmatige goedkeuring<\/strong> door Uhhmami.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We behouden ons het recht voor om sollicitaties naar eigen goeddunken te accepteren of af te wijzen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ambassadeurs moeten accurate informatie geven en hun accountgegevens up-to-date houden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Commissie en uitbetalingen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commissie wordt betaald <strong>maandelijks<\/strong> voor goedgekeurde verkoop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Er is een <strong>minimum uitbetalingsdrempel van \u20ac10<\/strong>. Saldi onder dit bedrag worden doorgeschoven naar de volgende maand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Betalingen worden gedaan via <strong>PayPal of bankoverschrijving<\/strong>. Winkelkrediet kan later worden ingevoerd als dat technisch haalbaar is.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commissie wordt berekend op de <strong>netto bestelwaarde<\/strong>, exclusief btw, kortingen en verzendkosten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uhhmami behoudt zich het recht voor om commissie in te houden op <strong>ongeldige, frauduleuze of terugbetaalde bestellingen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Marketingrichtlijnen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ambassadeurs mogen Uhhmami-producten promoten via hun eigen kanalen, waaronder sociale media, blogs, e-mail en betaalde reclame.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gebruik van betaalde advertenties (bijv. Google Ads, Meta Ads) op Uhhmami's merknaam is toegestaan, maar mag het merk niet misleiden of imiteren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ambassadeurs <strong>mogen hun couponcodes openbaar gebruiken<\/strong>, Ook op sociale media en blogs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uhhmami behoudt zich het recht voor om <strong>inhoud van ambassadeurs delen of promoten<\/strong> op zijn eigen kanalen, met voorafgaande goedkeuring van de ambassadeur. Be\u00ebindiging en misbruik<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uhhmami kan de deelname van een ambassadeur be\u00ebindigen <strong>op elk moment, zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving<\/strong>, in geval van fraude, misbruik, schending van deze voorwaarden of activiteiten die schadelijk worden geacht voor het merk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alle uitstaande maar niet goedgekeurde commissies kunnen vervallen in geval van be\u00ebindiging wegens wangedrag.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
