Dekk til med lokk og la det sm\u00e5koke i 5 minutter. La deretter tofuen marinere i gryten over natten.<br><br>Bland r\u00f8ren med vannet fra gryten i stedet for vann fra springen. La r\u00f8ren st\u00e5 i noen minutter for \u00e5 tykne. Tilsett litt mer vann om n\u00f8dvendig. Konsistensen skal v\u00e6re som pannekaker\u00f8re.<br><br>Varm opp rikelig med olje i en stekepanne (ikke n\u00f8dvendig \u00e5 frityrsteke).<br>Dypp tofubitene \u00e9n og \u00e9n i r\u00f8ren. Stek til de er gylne p\u00e5 hver side, ca. 3 minutter per side.<br>Dypp dem i r\u00f8ren igjen og stek en gang til for \u00e5 f\u00e5 et ekstra spr\u00f8tt lag om du vil.<br><br>Ikke v\u00e6r redd hvis en tofubit faller fra hverandre. Hold den sammen i h\u00e5nden, senk den forsiktig ned i r\u00f8ren, snu den, l\u00f8ft den opp som en h\u00e5ndfull og legg den forsiktig ned i den varme oljen.
