lever<\/label><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-stor-font-size\">Si vous ne voulez tremper le tofu qu'une seule fois, vous pouvez diviser les quantit\u00e9s de p\u00e2te par deux. Le fait de tremper le tofu deux fois lui donne un aspect plus croustillant et un enrobage plus \u00e9pais.<br><br>Placer le tofu, l'eau, l'Ocean'ish et une pinc\u00e9e de sel dans une casserole. Couvrir avec un couvercle et laisser mijoter pendant 5 minutes. Laisser ensuite le tofu mariner dans la casserole pendant une nuit.<br><br>M\u00e9langer la p\u00e2te en utilisant l'eau de la casserole au lieu de l'eau du robinet. Laissez-la reposer quelques minutes pour qu'elle \u00e9paississe. Ajoutez un peu plus d'eau si n\u00e9cessaire. La consistance doit ressembler \u00e0 celle d'une p\u00e2te \u00e0 cr\u00eapes.<br><br>Faire chauffer une bonne quantit\u00e9 d'huile dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 frire (il n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire de faire frire).<br>Tremper les morceaux de tofu un par un dans la p\u00e2te. Faire frire jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils soient dor\u00e9s de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9, environ 3 minutes par c\u00f4t\u00e9.<br>Trempez-les \u00e0 nouveau dans la p\u00e2te \u00e0 frire et faites-les frire encore une fois pour obtenir une couche croustillante suppl\u00e9mentaire si vous le souhaitez.<br><br>Si un morceau de tofu se d\u00e9tache, ne vous inqui\u00e9tez pas. Tenez-le dans votre main, d\u00e9posez-le d\u00e9licatement dans la p\u00e2te, tournez-le pour l'enrober, puis soulevez-le en une seule poign\u00e9e et d\u00e9posez-le d\u00e9licatement dans l'huile chaude.
