Uhhmami Ambassadors Program – Terms of Use

Welcome to the Uhhmami Ambassadors Program (the “Program”).
By joining the Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. We may update these Terms from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review the latest version. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updates.

1. Program Overview

The Uhhmami Ambassadors Program allows approved partners to earn commission for qualifying sales by referring customers to uhhmami.com. Ambassadors receive a unique referral link and/or coupon code to share with their audience. When someone makes a purchase through that link or code, the ambassador earns a commission on the net sale amount (excluding taxes and shipping)

2. Eligibility and Approval

• Participation is subject to manual approval by Uhhmami.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
• Ambassadors must provide accurate information and keep their account details up to date.

3. Commission and Payouts

• Commission is paid monthly for approved sales.
• There is a minimum payout threshold of €10. Balances below this amount will roll over to the next month.
• Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer. Store credit may be introduced later if technically feasible.
• Commission is calculated on the net order value, excluding VAT, discounts, and shipping.
• Uhhmami reserves the right to withhold commission on invalid, fraudulent, or refunded orders.

4. Cookies and Attribution

• Referral cookies last 30 days.
• If a customer uses multiple referral links, the last click receives the credit.
• Cookies are subject to the customer’s browser settings and consent.

5. Marketing Guidelines

• Ambassadors may promote Uhhmami products through their own channels, including social media, blogs, email, and paid advertising.
• Use of paid ads (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads) on Uhhmami’s brand name is permitted, but must not mislead or impersonate the brand.
• Ambassadors may use their coupon codes publicly, including on social media and blogs.
• Uhhmami reserves the right to share or promote ambassador content on its own channels, with prior approval from the ambassador. Ambassadors will continue to receive their commission on sales generated from shared content.

6. Termination and Misuse

• Uhhmami may terminate an ambassador’s participation at any time, without notice, in cases of fraud, misuse, violation of these terms, or activity deemed harmful to the brand.
• Any outstanding but unapproved commissions may be forfeited in the event of termination due to misconduct.

7. Program Changes

• Uhhmami may update or modify the Program, including commission rates and payment terms, at any time.
• Ambassadors will be notified of significant changes by email, and the latest version of these Terms will always be available on this page.
• Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Legal Disclaimer

• Participation in the Program does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between the ambassador and Uhhmami.
• Ambassadors are responsible for any tax obligations arising from their earnings.
• Uhhmami shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages related to participation in the Program.
