L\u00e6g l\u00e5g p\u00e5, og lad det simre i 5 minutter. Lad derefter tofuen marinere i gryden natten over.<br><br>Bland dejen med vandet fra gryden i stedet for vand fra hanen. Lad den st\u00e5 et par minutter, s\u00e5 den tykner. Tils\u00e6t lidt mere vand, hvis det er n\u00f8dvendigt. Konsistensen skal v\u00e6re som pandekagedej.<br><br>Varm en rigelig m\u00e6ngde olie op i en stegepande (ingen grund til friturestegning).<br>Dyp tofustykkerne en efter en i dejen. Steg dem gyldne p\u00e5 hver side, ca. 3 minutter pr. side.<br>Dyp dem igen i dejen, og steg dem endnu en gang for at f\u00e5 et ekstra spr\u00f8dt lag, hvis du vil.<br><br>Hvis et stykke tofu falder fra hinanden, skal du ikke bekymre dig. Hold det sammen i h\u00e5nden, s\u00e6nk det forsigtigt ned i dejen, vend det, s\u00e5 det bliver d\u00e6kket, og l\u00f8ft det s\u00e5 op som en h\u00e5ndfuld, og l\u00e6g det forsigtigt i den varme olie.
