Der findes allerede forskellige smagsforst\u00e6rkere og bouilloner p\u00e5 markedet, s\u00e5 produkttypen er velkendt, men hvad ang\u00e5r kvalitet og smag, er Uhhmami i en liga for sig selv. Flere af de store udenlandske k\u00e6der var lidt skeptiske i starten, men da de smagte produkterne, blev de sl\u00e5et omkuld.
